January 21, 2011- Early Bird Special

I definitely did not have dinner on the couch in my PJs before 6:00. Well, that might be a lie, but what can I say….I came home from work tired and hungry.  I made a very easy, but yummy dinner of a portobello mushroom on toast with hummus and a blood orange on the side.  So what if I’ve already eaten a grapefruit and 3 clementines today…… If you didn’t already know, I’m having a very serious love affair with citrus.

I didn’t have time to post a photo yesterday.  Actually, that’s not true.  I was lazy and didn’t want to walk back out to my car to get my camera.  So here you have yesterday and today’s picture for the 365 Project.

I only buy a couple of these a year because they are expensive little blood sucker oranges. I love them so much. Not necessarilly because they taste any better than a regular orange, but they are so pretty.

It was a shit show on my drive home from work today!
